As a professional team of clerks we will conduct an inspection at your request. Our service package offers the following:

- Easy reading reports
- Check in / Check out Inspections from £35.00
- Periodic Inspections from £30
- All minor amendments or addendums at no extra cost.
Any recommendations by a clerk concerning compensation for item replacing damages will be made strictly on the professional judgement of the services influenced by the instructing body or any other 3rd party. We feel we are reasonable
- We do not charge VAT.
- 100% payable if no show at property.
- £10 will be deducted from the final invoice if Homecare Ltd are delayed over a ¼ hour without prior notification to the Agent/Landlord/Tenant.
